Description

Since azure stack supports only older api versions, we are in need of picking old versions of the modules most of the time. There is no easy way to find out the api version supported by a module version. Right now we need to find the SDK version used by the module and then look in to the SDK to find the APi version.

Making the supported api version part of the Tags or the Release Notes will help us identify the modules easily

Research direction

Start by reviewing the module release metadata and the SDK/API version relationship described in the issue. Check how tags and release notes are currently produced; done when users can identify each module version's supported API version there without inspecting the SDK separately.
