Description

## Would like to pull security assessment information for a single VM, especially for ASC Vulnerability scans. I would like to be able to get the same information I can currently get via the GUI (please see attached screenshot).

Research direction

Start with the existing Get-AzSecurityAssessment command and compare its available output with the attached ASC Vulnerability Scan Results GUI. Define the single-VM input and the assessment information that must be returned, with completion demonstrated by matching the GUI's vulnerability scan results for that VM.
