## Description of the new feature
If I already have a directory, I shouldn't need to decompose it to invoke Start-AzStorageFileCopy
## Proposed implementation details (optional)
Share name and context can be taken from the directory.
If DestFilePath is omitted, the name from SrcFile should be used.
