Description

## Description

New command's help doc generated by PlatyPS doesn't include online version, but the CI has a check about this.

That generates a common type of error. Although the solution is described in the troubleshoot, I think that automatically filling in the online version when using the PlatyPS tool to generate help doc will bring a better development experience.

This is just a personal suggestion from the perspective of developers. If there is any thoughtless, please forgive me : )
