Help me on the finding this Migrate Azure PowerShell script command in command palette

**Description of the issue**

I have downloaded the Azure powershell Tools extension. Next step says Start the migration by opening the command palette Ctrl+Shift+P and select Migrate Azure PowerShell script.

But I cant find this "Migrate Azure PowerShell script" in command palette.
