Microsoft CSB policy initiative names are confusing

Is it right that going forward Azure Security Benchmark V3 is going to be called Microsoft Cloud Security Bench mark and all underlying policies are same?

This is bit confusing to see both naming conventions are still used. Could you please update policies names/description or metadata to reflect this.

For example [Description here](https://github.com/Azure/azure-policy/blob/master/built-in-policies/policySetDefinitions/Security%20Center/AzureSecurityCenter.json) is talking about Azure Security Benchmark V3 and link is pointing to Microsoft Cloud Security Benchmark

Start with built-in-policies/policySetDefinitions/Security Center/AzureSecurityCenter.json, especially its description and Microsoft Cloud Security Benchmark link. Review the surrounding policy metadata for the two naming conventions and update the affected names, descriptions, or metadata consistently. Done means the policies no longer mix Azure Security Benchmark V3 and Microsoft Cloud Security Benchmark terminology.
