[BUG] Push never come when use data message and off screen on 15 minutes

Description
**Describe the bug**
When use Data message, my phone didn't receive push when the screen is off on about 10-15 minutes.
**To Reproduce**
+ Kill app
+ Turn off phone's screen on about 10-15p.
+ Send a data message from server
+ The push had never come.
**Setup (please complete the following information):**
- OS: Android 8, Android 10
- Devices: Samsung A9Pro, Sony xz2
- Version of the Library used: 1.1.6

Research direction
Reproduce the data-message scenario with the app killed and the screen off for 10–15 minutes on Android 8 or 10, using library version 1.1.6. Trace the Android SDK's data-message delivery path and compare behavior across the reported Samsung A9Pro and Sony XZ2 devices. Done means the push is received after the screen has been off for the stated interval.
