[BUG]Unable to download assets

### Describe the bug

I am trying to review the assets for the sample presentation, sample reports, demo and training video for Partners and Sellers and all links prompt me to logon and when I logon I get the error external sharing is disabled for all links.

### Expected behavior

I was expecting to be able to access, review, and download the content listed in the repo.

### Actual behavior

Receiving an error that external sharing is not enabled.

### Reproduction Steps

I click all four links, and all four are giving the error that external sharing is disabled.
