Description
That doc https://github.com/Azure/azure-linux-extensions/tree/master/Diagnostic says:
_LAD 3.0 is installed and configured via Azure CLI, Azure PowerShell cmdlets, or Azure Resource Manager templates. **The Azure Portal controls installation and configuration of LAD 2.3 only.**_
but this one https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/extensions/diagnostics-linux says:
_You can enable this extension by using the Azure PowerShell cmdlets, Azure CLI scripts, ARM templates, **or the Azure portal._**
which one is correct?
