VMEncryption Does not work on Linux VM and VMSS if docker is installed and running

I am trying to encrypt Linux VM and VMSS and, I found that we cannot encrypt the VM or VMSS if the docker is installed and running .
Not sure whether it is a limitation or you guys have a fix and working on the fix.
Only workaround is to jump into the VM and stop the Docker and start the Encryption Process.
