Description

I am trying to encrypt Linux VM and VMSS and, I found that we cannot encrypt the VM or VMSS if the docker is installed and running .
Not sure whether it is a limitation or you guys have a fix and working on the fix.
Only workaround is to jump into the VM and stop the Docker and start the Encryption Process.

Let me know if you need any additional info on this ?

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. Start by reproducing Linux VM and VMSS encryption with Docker installed and running, then compare it with the stated workaround of stopping Docker; done means encryption works without stopping Docker or the limitation is clearly documented.
