snapshot result inconsistent

Backup is failing with _**snapshot result inconsistent**_ for a customer's Centos 7.3 VM,
the VM has a LVM volume mounted as /data and is using managed disks.

I built a similar VM with a LVM volume but was not able to reproduce the problem.

@vityagi already told me that the error message means that the blob-snapshot did not complete in the window between freeze-done and unfreeze-done

Please let me know how to fix this.
