Description
Please update the readme.md and add information on how to deploy the "AzureMonitorLinuxAgent Extension" to an Azure Virtual Machine, running some kind of Linux, with the help of a Terraform/OpenTofu template.
Currently it is hardly possible for somebody to find the needed information for the template (starting with 'type_handler_version' and finally the 'protected_settings' - block resp. GCS settings) , if one has not enough knowledge on Azure internals.
