semicolon striping in forwarded syslog messages to the cloud

Description
I have a device that sends syslog messages to AMA. Those messages contain semicolons as a delimiter between different parts of the syslog payload. When checking the syslog table, i can see the messages, but with the semicolon stripped out from the message.
is there any solution for that?
