Could you show me the name rule of "Rowkey" in WADMetricsPTxxx table

Our customer want to use powershell script to get the metric "/builtin/memory/percentusedmemory" value, they want to know the name rule for "Rowkey" and "HOST", could you give a help?

Start by locating the WADMetricsPTxxx table and the code or documentation that produces its RowKey and Host values, then compare the sample metric and host with that logic.
