Description
Even though the latest API version is still https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/tree/master/specification/cosmos-db/resource-manager/Microsoft.DocumentDB/stable/2015-04-08, it has some changes in it form the last time we updated CosmosDB.
We need tp update Cosmos DB to use tle latest rest specs.
