[QUERY] how can I fetch the cost of a virtual machine?

**Query/Question**
Is it possible to/ how can I fetch a virtual machine's cost, like seem in the portal cost analysis screen.
Also, is it possible to fetch the account total cost and/or forecast?

***Why is this not a Bug or a feature Request?***
I am not sure if it is already possible to do this.
