[Request] Please update the Release page for this Repo.

We cannot get the latest release notification of this Repo, because the [Release page](https://github.com/Azure/azure-iot-service-sdk-java/releases) was not yet updated so far, even though several versions have already released.

Generally, we can grab the latest release notification by enabling picture below. But currently we cannot get any notifcation.

If there are any other channel to get notification for the latest release, I would appreciate it if you would share it at here.
