Research direction

No repository files or tests are named. Begin by reproducing the connection failure with Windows 11, .NET 8, Microsoft.Azure.Devices.Client 1.42.3, and DotNetty.Common 0.7.6, then capture the complete connection-status and timeout logs. Done means identifying a reproducible cause or documenting the configuration and diagnostics needed to resolve it.
