[BUG] cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'address')

**Describe the bug**
Azure IoT Explorer shows multiple windows with the error message: cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'address') (see screenshot below).

Process Explorer shows these are from the Azure IoT Explorer

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Run Azure IoT Explorer
2. Leave the computer alone (sleep)
3.

- OS: Windows
- OS Version: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.26100.3476]
- App version [e.g. 22]: Azure IoT Explorer Preview 0.15.12.0

**Additional context**
* The problem seems to occur when the computer is left idle for a long time
* It has occurred more than once
* More than one error window appears
* The error windows have a USB icon

No source file or test is identified in the report. First reproduce the issue on Windows with Azure IoT Explorer Preview 0.15.12.0 by leaving the computer idle or asleep, then trace the error involving undefined address and the USB-icon windows. Done means the idle or resume scenario no longer creates repeated error windows.
