The Device telemetry display stops around midnight

**Describe the bug**
The device telemetry stops around midnight. I sometimes(yeah right) work late and if I leave Azure IoT Explorer running telemetry appears to stop just before midnight (roughly half the duration of the gap between updates). If I stop then restart telemetry it starts working

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to one of your Azure IoT hubs
2. Select a Device
3. Click on Telemetry
4. Click on start
5. Wait until midnight

**Expected behavior**
Should run over midnight

**Additional context**
New Zealand is currently UTC+13 because of daylight savings time. I really hope I'm not wasting your time

Reproduce the issue in Azure IoT Explorer by starting device telemetry and leaving it running across midnight, using the reported Windows and UTC+13 daylight-saving context. Compare telemetry updates before and after midnight; it is done when updates continue without requiring telemetry to be stopped and restarted.
