[BUG] MacOS prebuilt release crashes on MacOS

**Describe the bug**
After installing the MacOS prebuilt release of IoT Explorer it crashes with an Error "Azure IoT Explorer Preview quit unexpectedly
".

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Download prebuilt release 0.15.0 for MacOS, DMG file
2. Open DMG file
3. Move IoT Explorer icon to Applications folder
4. Start IoT Explorer

**Expected behavior**
It should start the application.

- OS Version: 12.6 (both Intel and M1)
- App version 0.15.0.20220912.3

Start by reproducing the crash with the 0.15.0 DMG on macOS 12.6 for both Intel and M1, then inspect the attached iot_explorer_problem_report.txt. Done means the application starts successfully after being moved from the DMG to Applications, with the reported environments covered.
