Description

1. Define a location entry in a DTDL v2 PnP model

2. Send telemetry data corresponding to the model

3. azure-iot-explorer does not correctly resolve the data to the model

**Expected behavior**
The data should be recognized as modeled data.

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- OS: Windows 10 and Linux Ubuntu 20.04
- App version 0.13.2.0 (windows), 0.13.1 (Linux)

**Additional context**
I worked with the Microsoft team on this issue, see dialog [here](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/353707/help-with-azure-plug-and-play-geospatial-schema.html?childToView=353831).

Research direction

Reproduce the three-step DTDL v2 Plug and Play geospatial telemetry case described in the issue using the provided screenshots and the listed Windows or Ubuntu app versions. Trace how the azure-iot-explorer UI resolves telemetry against the model, then verify that the location data is recognized as modeled data rather than remaining unresolved.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
