Review all regex in binding.json

Have put fixes in place for current regex related issues. We need to do go through all the regexs for all the bindings to see if they are too restrictive or are inaccurate.

Start by locating binding.json and inventorying every regex across the bindings. Compare each pattern with the current regex-related issues and the binding behavior it constrains. Done means all binding regexes have been reviewed and inaccurate or overly restrictive patterns are identified and addressed.
