Description
Instead of doing the steps listed [here](https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-sql-extension/issues/459) to update our local extension bundle with latest sql dll, we could install the latest SQL extension into the non-Csharp projects and not use the bundle as documented [here](https://nam06.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Flearn.microsoft.com%2Fen-us%2Fazure%2Fazure-functions%2Ffunctions-run-local%3Ftabs%3Dv4%252Cwindows%252Ccsharp%252Cportal%252Cbash%23install-a-specific-extension&data=05%7C01%7CLucy.Zhang%40microsoft.com%7C86b62cf5a9d546c0290308dacbe989ca%7C72f988bf86f141af91ab2d7cd011db47%7C1%7C0%7C638046501141713385%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=5qXviS0t%2FZh4I4ocrrblWybm%2FdyP%2FlwvMBUnSZ9x%2Bu0%3D&reserved=0).

Research direction
Start by reviewing the extension-bundle update steps in issue #459 and the linked documentation for installing a specific extension. Inspect how integration tests and the non-Csharp projects currently use the bundle; done means determining whether installing the latest SQL extension directly works without the bundle and documenting the required change.
