Add samples for deleting rows

This is something we support indirectly through input bindings - so it'd be good to have a sample for that and/or update the docs to indicate that it's possible so users can easily find out without having to mess around with it themselves.

Locate the existing input-binding samples and documentation for the Azure SQL extension, then check how row deletion is currently supported indirectly. Done means users can find a documented deletion workflow and, if appropriate, a working sample demonstrating it.
