[bug bash] The profile.ps1 is not getting invoke

Create a new function app
Create a simple http trigger function
Add some code to the profile

Invoke the function and you will notice that the profile is not invoked

Note: We need this to make sure that the ExternalDurablePowerShellSDK works with the new programming model

Create a new function app with a simple HTTP trigger, add code to profile.ps1, and invoke the function to reproduce the missing profile invocation. Then trace the PowerShell worker's profile handling for the new programming model and check compatibility with ExternalDurablePowerShellSDK. Done means the profile runs when the function is invoked and the reported scenario works.
