We need a section in the [Azure Functions PowerShell developer guide](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/functions-reference-powershell?tabs=portal) for troubleshoot the `CommandNotFound` exception. This would be similar to the one for the [Troubleshoot error: "Azure Functions Runtime is unreachable"](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/functions-reference-powershell?tabs=portal).
