What do you recommend for Java users, in regard to a Swagger OpenApi report?

This project is in C# and it doesn't say anywhere why Java support isn't here. I know JAXRS might be part of the problem/imcompatability? Is this true?

Just wondering if you have any suggested workaround. I am having some trouble with this:
