Description
#### Question
I found these diagnostic events in the Functions documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/errors-diagnostics/diagnostic-events/azfd0006
Is it possible to somehow subscribe to these events or are they only exposed in the portal? Specifically, I would like to subscribe to the `AZFD0006` events and perform actions in e.g. a function or logic app based on the events.

Research direction
Start with the linked Functions diagnostic-events documentation and focus on AZFD0006. Determine whether these events have a supported subscription or delivery mechanism for a function or Logic App, and document the supported options or confirm that they are portal-only. Done means the issue has a definitive answer with the relevant Azure integration documented.
