Description
## Description
Seems like java is added to the path in Windows environments and that is not the case for Linux environments.
Are there any reason for not doing it? Came across this while implementing custom handlers for ballerina lang(jvm language).

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Compare how Java is added to PATH in Windows with the Linux environment setup, then review the related Azure Functions issue for context. Done means Java is available on PATH in Linux environments without changing the existing Windows behavior.
