Cross-post - dotnet errors on PowerShell Azure Function

I have already posted a bug on the `dbatools` repo here: https://github.com/dataplat/dbatools/issues/9050
This has also got the platform information in it.

However, they already told me that they believe the issue might be with the host itself.
Any idea what is causing this issue?

Start with the linked dbatools issue #9050, including its platform information, then compare the reported PowerShell Azure Function behavior with the Azure Functions host. Done requires determining whether the host is responsible and documenting the confirmed cause.
