Logs do not always show up when running via portal

Using the new Portal function create experience, if I try to create a "BlobTrigger" function (Windows Consumption is what I tried), and then hit "Run" in portal, it doesn't always show the live logs from the execution.
It only shows few logs transiently.

Reproduce the missing live logs through the Portal function creation flow by creating a BlobTrigger function on Windows Consumption and selecting Run. Trace the Portal execution and log display path, then verify that execution logs remain visible consistently rather than appearing only transiently.
