Capture container exception logs

In cases where container crashes due to runtime exceptions , we do not capture / log the exception making debugging difficult.

Start by tracing how the Azure Functions host handles container crashes caused by runtime exceptions and where container exception logging is performed. Reproduce or inspect that failure path, then verify that the exception is captured in the host logs so the crash can be diagnosed.
