Description

I'm running into the issue described here here:
https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/content/problem/117356/problem-using-vsts-c-client-library-vssconnection.html

The workaround seems to address the issue, but the original poster asks if the Azure Functions team is aware of the issue. I searched through the issues archive and did not find an issue, so I am submitting one.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the linked Visual Studio Developer Community report and the VssConnection usage described in the issue. No repository file, test, or concrete change is identified; done would require reproducing the reported Azure Functions problem and establishing a host-side fix or documented determination.
