When swap function and slot, if open preview changes on swap blade, swap blade will disappeared, it can't go back to swap blade.

Repro steps:
1. Open a function app (V2);
2. Add one deployment slot;
3. Go to overview, and click on swap command;
4. On deployment slot blade, click on swap;
5. On swap blade, open preview changes blade, and click OK;
6. Check if it can go back to swap blade and start swapping slot.
