The feature of In-portal editing of the python scripts was a very powerful feature of the consumption based model.

Support In-portal editing of python, javascript and powershell files for the Flex consumption based hosting.
This allows for quick adjustments to simple scripts.

#### Describe alternatives you've considered
We can always deploy through a pipleline, but that takes time to make the adjustment, build and deploy.
