Description
Our 1ES hosted pool is currently a 'kitchen sink' image. We should update to a minimal image. Additionally, we should ensure we can use docker containers in our images so that we can leverage container-based emulators (ServiceBus, EventHub, CosmosDB on linux) via https://dotnet.testcontainers.org/ for integration tests
