Description
Currently, pipeline runs on Linux may fail due to either orchestrator timeouts or due to `HttpClient` timeouts. These may be due to worker concurrency settings not being optimized for test runs, but investigation is required to make runs more reliable.

Research direction
Investigate Linux ADO agent test runs, comparing orchestrator and HttpClient timeouts with the worker concurrency settings. Reproduce a failing run and determine which reliability change is needed; done means Linux test runs no longer fail because of these timeouts.
