### Description
Before the `host.json` file could be changed to filter out specific dependencies by a `Function.[name]` cateogry log level, we have setup the isolated function worker to send logs directly to app insights, is there a way to filter out dependency logs based on the executing function name for isolated worker?

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or reproduction repository. Start by reviewing isolated worker logging and Application Insights dependency-tracking configuration for .NET 8, then determine the scope of filtering by executing function name. Done means establishing a supported configuration path or a clearly scoped feature proposal.
