A way to filter out dependency tracking based on executing function

Before the `host.json` file could be changed to filter out specific dependencies by a `Function.[name]` cateogry log level, we have setup the isolated function worker to send logs directly to app insights, is there a way to filter out dependency logs based on the executing function name for isolated worker?
