Description
After all platform-specific CLI zip archives are uploaded and verified on the CDN, update `public/cli/v5/version.json` with the new stable or preview version.
This is Phase 3 of the CDN publishing pipeline (see spec at `docs/proposed/func-update.spec.md`).
