Mouse-wheel does not work in func cli TUI

### Description

Mouse wheel scroll inside of the logs area is expected behavior these days established by other TUIs like copilot and claude. please add. it should mirror behavior of keyboard up/down arrows.

### Steps to reproduce

func5 run
click on logs area
use mouse wheel to scroll

Run `func5 run` and inspect the TUI logs area, starting with the existing keyboard up/down arrow scrolling behavior. Add mouse-wheel scrolling that mirrors those controls, then verify that using the wheel while focused on the logs area changes the visible log position as expected.
