Description

Tracking design discussion and work for potentially supporting Java in core tools (maybe when workflows are brought in). Currently, Java is not supported in core-tools and the guidance is to use one of the following [supported environments.](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/functions-develop-local?pivots=programming-language-java#local-development-environments)
