Description
The contoso project has been starting/deploy successfully for a months. It was upgraded to v4 program model for Node.js. Not sure if that is related. Now getting an error on start for listenercount detailed in this [issue](https://github.com/Azure-Samples/contoso-real-estate/issues/386).
