Description
core tools version: 4.0.4829 (x64 on rosetta to use python)
OS: MacOs Montery 12.6 (Mac M1 Pro)
When I did a `func templates list` I was surprised it showed me a lot of templates that could not apply to me (C#, Custom, JS, PowerShell, etc), since I already chose Python as a part of `func init`. This isn't a great experience because my relevant python ones went off the screen. It also got me thinking about why are the templates lists different between the language.
The ask is to filter on template list output IFF the language is selected. In fact, for a `func new` without a `func init`, you still get prompted for language. so I can't see any cases that this current experience makes sense. Am I missing any?

Research direction
Start at the `func templates list` command and the language selection established by `func init` or prompted during `func new`. Trace how templates are grouped and confirm that, once a language is selected, the output contains only that language's templates while preserving the existing all-language behavior when no language is selected.
