Command `func templates list` creates `host.json` file

When executing `func templates list` a new file called `host.json` is created in the current working directory.

I installed the current version via brew on Mac today:

Reproduce `func templates list` in a clean working directory using the reported Azure Functions Core Tools version, and confirm when `host.json` appears. Trace the command's file-creation path; done means listing templates no longer creates `host.json` in the current directory.
