Description
The latest core tools uses runtime version 3.0.15828 from 13 May.
The latest version, which I believe my hosted functions are running on is 3.0.15960. There has also been 2 releases in between.
What's the process for updating this? I'm experiencing issues and would like to run the same code locally.
