Will the Nuget package containing the Core Tools as a .NET tool be published on nuget.org?

Work was recently done in #2071 to make the core tools available as a .NET tool, but it doesn't seem to be published on Nuget.

Is there a plan to make the tool package available via nuget.org or perhaps a different nuget package feed?
