[logstash-input-azuretopicthreadable] Please put in Wiki about Global Azure ServiceBus credentials

Description
Running multiple pipelines with input "logstash-input-azuretopicthreadable" causes problems when listening from different topics/subscriptions with per-topic access credentials. Multiple topic input pipelines with this input plugin work with Global Azure ServiceBus credentials. Please, put that in Wiki as it may save other people time to investigate.
