[Feature Request] repos pr --open flag old/new domain link?

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When using the `az repos pr` commands, the --open flag opens the relevant ADOps page, i.e. PR create opens the newly created pull request page. However, It currently opens the old domain links (MYORG.visualstudio.com/MYPROJECT/...) rather than the new links (dev azure com).
I know there's some setting in the org to redirect/drop the old domain, But that's a large change and i think it should be untied from this one.

I'd prefer if it was configurable in the extension to use the new domain solely, similarly to how a default output format can be configured (as in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/azure-cli-configuration?view=azure-cli-latest)
