[Question] Extension Command to Get UserEntitlementSummary

Hi,

I am not able to find it, but i need to be able to look up user assigned licenses. I found that API endpoint [UserEntitlementSummary](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/azure/devops/memberentitlementmanagement/user%20entitlement%20summary/get?view=azure-devops-rest-5.0#licensesummarydata). Is there plan to create a command to interogate the data from that endpoint?

If not, i'd love to take a stab at it but will need help with command naming conventions etc.
